The jobs platform enables employers to create listings, review matches and applications, and schedule interviews—offering five free match invitations with each free listing. Dental professionals can browse and filter job opportunities by type (part-time, full-time, temporary), view matches, and submit feedback post-interview. The Business Directory allows all users to search for and connect with industry-supporting entities such as contractors, instrument sharpening services, and clinical specialists.
